CrackSSC ("we", "us") is an SSC exam preparation app operated by [Owner / business name]. This policy explains what information the app uses and why. We collect as little as possible.

Information stored on your phone

Your progress, quiz and test scores, streak, time plan and settings (such as language and theme) are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or using Settings → Reset progress removes them.

Ask AI

When you use Ask AI, the question you type, the conversation so far and the text of the lesson you are reading are sent to our server and then to an AI service provider (such as Sarvam AI, Groq or Google) to generate an answer. A random ID created by the app is used to apply the daily question limit; it does not identify you. Please do not type personal information into the chat.

Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree's secure checkout and are never seen or stored by us. We keep only the order ID, plan and payment status needed to activate your plan.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not show third-party ads or use advertising trackers.
• We do not require you to create an account to study.

Children

The app is meant for students preparing for government exams. If you are under 18, please use it with the permission of a parent or guardian.
