Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to be happy with CrackSSC. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Cancellation

All plans are one-time payments for one year. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply ends after 12 months.

Refunds

• Within 7 days: if you are not satisfied, write to us within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and we will refund the full amount.
• Payment taken but plan not activated: if money was deducted but the plan did not activate, contact us with the order ID. We will activate the plan or refund you in full.
• Charged twice: any duplicate payment for the same plan is refunded in full.
• After 7 days from purchase, payments are not refundable, except in the two cases above.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Cashfree Payments, usually within 5–7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.

How to ask

Email [support email] with your order ID, the date of payment and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.
